colombian chicken,corn,and potatoes

ingredients

3 pounds of chicken
salt
water

chopped up onion

1 pund of potatoes

pepper

corn, cut up
cilantro leaves
avocados,cut into small pieces

teasp of oregano
onion

Method

1. First add some salt,and pepper to the chicken. Then add some butter to a frying pan, place the chicken in the pan,and cooke it until it is brown.Cooke it for around 15 minutes. Once it is nicely cooke put it into a plate.

2.Add some salt,pepper,oregano,onions into the pot of boiled water. Stir it for about 15 minutes.Then nicely skin the potatoes ,and cut it into pieces.Place the potatoes in the pot.Then add the chicken into the pot so it can heat up again.Leave the chicken in the pot for 20 or 25 minutes until it is nicely cooked.

3.Then take out the chicken,and leave it to cool down. Then start adding corn into the pot leave it to heat up for around 10 or 15 minutes.

4. For chicken start to remove the bone, and fat.

5.Once you have follow all the steps remove pot from stove leave the food to cool down after a duartion of time.
6. Start pouring out the food out of the pot into the plate, start to add avocados,cilantro leafs,and cream.
7. Once you have put them all together you are ready to eat a fresh home made stew.

8. Enjoy this colombian chicken stew.
